This is a replacement charge 3 that I've had for about 2 months
It won't sync or syncs one day and then misses two wks and won't go back and sync
I accidentally unpaired it and now I can't get it to repair having followed every Internet article I could find, uninstalled and reinstalled the app etc etc ext at my wits end with it now
Can someone please help me before I throw it out the window lol

Am in exactly the same situation as yourself! erratic syncing...I have has the charge 3 since 4July, and until about a week ago, it was fine. Then, it has played up, not synched, the time is now 56mins behind the real time, and in trying to reset it, I'm also sure I unpaired it, and can not get it to re-pair. It is driving me mad...more so, as since I've had it, my daily exercise has improved immensely due to the motivation I get from my fitbit. I loved having it, and seeing my growing health progress, but right now, I could throw it out the window behind yours!
Someone out there, or system support...please help!
