Won’t sync my charge 3

Suddenly stopped syncing. Read forums and comments on line. Tried everything suggested, plugging in, re booting etc. Switched off all devices etc. Is this a common fault?

I posted about this yesterday and my charge 3 still not syncing and lots of people are having the same problem since  Sunday.  If you are using an Apple phone there was a software update and that seems to be the problem. I had an online chat with Fitbit yesterday, the person switched to email view and gave me a load of options which I had already performed, none of which worked.  One person said they signed out out of the app, logged on using a different phone and it worked, then they logged into the Apple phone and it did sync but I do not have a 2nd phone I can use.  I have messaged them through Facebook but not had a response, if you are on Twitter you could try posting something on there as they seem more responsive but I am not on Twitter I have just had links to their page.. it’s really frustrating..

I don’t do twitter either. Makes sense what you said as I did an Apple update and I wondered if it was that. They need to create a fix, I’m sure there will be many more complaints.

Just been chatting online and they cannot suggest anything apart from rebootting switching every device on and off etc.. I just think they don’t know what the problem is.. they need lots of people to report the same issue then they might be able to do something

I updated my iPhone 11 Pro to the latest iOS version and I don't have any issues syncing the C3. Can't imagine that the update is causing the problem.

My sync issues started after latest update  on iPhone pro. Older IPad updated this morning. Now it’s not syncing

Well iPad and IPhone are syncing now. I deleted the Bluetooth device and let app reconnect eventually.  Both devices are updating now

Mine has been doing that for over a week. Tried everything from deleting app and reloading. It is connected to Bluetooth and on all day sync and just keeps looking. Very frustrated.

Delete it from your Bluetooth then reconnect it again. It works.

Done it all, synced now but same will happen again tomorrow and because when I remove and re add it I lose unsynced data, I can’t track my sleep. Very frustrating

Managed to get IPad synced but iphone8 still not recognising device.. thanks to every for help and advice
