I have consistently had syncing issues for the past couple of months. I have the odd issue here and there in the past, but lately it's been bad! I have repeatedly reset my charge, executed all of the tricks they always suggest- cycle blue tooth, reboot, etc., and even reinstalled the app. It's gotten a bit ridiculous- I shouldn't have to go through this weekly. Never used to have to go through this.
I too have this problem. We have two Fitbit Charge 2's in this house and three different phones, all of which have this problem. We've actually been experiencing this for months. I even have a newly reset phone, still have the same issue.
Are they slowing the support to get us to buy new? Conspiracy theory, maybe, but it seems to be getting worse.
