My Fitbit seems to be working grand but it won't sync to my phone

Hi - mine has been the same since my iPad upgraded to iOS 13.5 a few days ago. I have tried all the suggested fixes but nothing has worked. It is still syncing with my phone so I know that the watch is fine.

I have consistently had syncing issues for the past couple of months. I have the odd issue here and there in the past, but lately it's been bad! I have repeatedly reset my charge, executed all of the tricks they always suggest- cycle blue tooth, reboot, etc., and even reinstalled the app. It's gotten a bit ridiculous- I shouldn't have to go through this weekly. Never used to have to go through this.

I too have this problem. We have two Fitbit Charge 2's in this house and three different phones, all of which have this problem. We've actually been experiencing this for months. I even have a newly reset phone, still have the same issue.

Are they slowing the support to get us to buy new? Conspiracy theory, maybe, but it seems to be getting worse.

I totally agree that it's getting worse. I'm tired of having to reset my
fb, then restart the app, reset bluetooth, restart my phone, blah, blah,
blah, etc. It wasn't like this even a year ago - things seem to have
"broken" since then.
