My Weight progress is wrong on the app. It's correct on the website, and even after weeks of forcing it to sync, it's not syncing. The very first time I entered my starting weight, it was wrong. I got the Aria about a day later, and started to log my weight that way since.
On the website, it is correct because I deleted the very first entry (and eventually it calculated my weight loss progress correctly.
On the app, it either shows two dashes or says the wrong weight progress calculation based on the very first (wrong) weight entry. I've deleted the wrong weight entry from the app as well, and it doesn't show anymore. But it still calculates it from the first entry.
This is really frustrating, and neither the Fitbit support email or the Twitter support team has been able to help. Thanks in advance!

So I finally figured out how to correct my issue! If you go to the web view and hover over the "Weight Goal" tile, three options will appear.
Click on the gear and you can adjust the "starting weight" field to your actual starting weight. Then simply follow the steps proposed above to get your mobile app updated.
Enjoy!

Hey @mirandacora is great to have you on the Community! Make sure you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app:
- For iOS: App Store (Tap the Updates tab, if a Fitbit update is available, you'll see Fitbit in the list of pending updates and tap update)
- For Android: Google Play Store (Tap the menu button, then tap My Apps and choose the Fitbit app, tap update).
Also, try to refresh your Fitbit app:
- iOS: Force Quit the Fitbit app
- Android: Clear the Browser Cache of the Fitbit app by Log out from Fitbit app > Phone settings > Fitbit app > Clear Cache > Clear Data > Close the app > Log back into the Fitbit app
In addition, if you could share a screenshot of the issue, will be great!
Hope this helps!

Thanks! So I made sure the Fitbit app I am running is the most updated and
also cleared cache/data. Still showing the wrong goal progress. Here are
screenshots. As you can see, the weight progress is based on a 4/22 entry
that has been deleted due to inaccuracy (originally, 159.7 lbs). It should be based on the 4/23 entry which was recorded using the Aria scale, which shows 162.7 lbs.
I want it to show my actual weight loss, which is closer to 5 lbs than 1 lb!

Ugh now I just discovered the weight progress is wrong on my web dash too! It was correct a few days ago. I'm so confused by why all of this is happening. Here is a screenshot:
Unless all the calculators I'm using is wrong, but shouldn't 162.7-157.7 = 5 lbs? Not 3.9 lbs? I even got a -5 lb badge! (Only on the web dash and not on my app, strange too).

Hello Team FitBit!
I'm also experiencing the same issue. The web dashboard shows the correct movement for "Weight Change", however the app is off by almost 10 lbs. I followed the steps outlined earlier for correcting the issue, but it is still wrong. Here are the steps I did:
Once logged in, the Goal Progress was still wrong. To take matters further, I completely uninstalled the app and re-installed it. When I logged in, the issue was still there.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy 5, running Android 6.0 (Marshmellow) with Verizon as my carrier.
Should I contact support directly with this issue?
Below are screeshots of both the web dashboard and the app:

It's nice to see you around the Community my friend @scorpio1769! If you have tried what @pjharrison84 suggested in this post and you're still having the issue, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support directly so they can do a deeper investigation and see where the issue is coming from.
Don't lose the hope yet my friend!

When I do what pjharison recommended, it puts my starting weight as TODAY. I've lost nearly 10 lbs since 10/24 so want to use 10/24 as the starting weight, as it's very motivating to see the losses. When I updated my 2017 goals per the apps request, it put my current starting weight, so I'm only down 1 lbs. How do I have it track from 10/24 starting weight to show my longer journey and greater progress?

Couple more UI and functional issues:
- The dashboard from website - Browser show left as starting point and right as end point goal weight.
this looks right any language reader going left to right. from progress on any chart goes left --> Right
- Mobile App does opposite, feels weird. - UX issue
- You have to add weight to "Starting Weight" in the Browser version of dashboard,
----> If you don't add it, you get -- pounds lost: Why? You have weight from log entries. If you have a logged entry from say 30 days ago or 60 days ago - just use that and say X lbs lost
----> IF you do add a starting weight in app say 170lbs and you are now 160 lbs, it will currectly say you have lost 10 lbs since and use today's date or date of when you updated the data on "Starting Weight" even though there is other historical data that was entered from time to time.
There is a mismatch in logic and this has some design issues.
