I typed in my email but made a mistake when setting up my account. I need to fix it. Any suggestions? If I change my email it says it will send my first one a confirmation but it isn’t a valid email. I’m stuck in a loop.

Let me share with you that since you don't have access to the email account associated with Fitbit, Fitbit is unable to change your Fitbit email nor password. Instead, you can create a new Fitbit account with the correct email address to avoid any inconvenience. You can then set up your Fitbit device with the new account and resume tracking your activity.
