Wrong time

My Fitbit is showing the wrong time, so I tried to re-sync it to my phone. But it says that the Bluetooth is not on. I checked and it is.

Any ideas?

Hello @hazele123 how long ago does the app say that your Charge 2 has synced? 

Is the Bluetooth on your phone turned on? If so i would try a restart of the phone.

Still using America time. I want to change to Australia time.

@Litusula19 i assume that your in Australia. Have you checked to see if your location is correct then i suggest what others have found to work. Change the location to something else, sync, then change back to the correct one.
