I would like an app for my fitbit charge 2 that will tell my blood oxygen level.

Some fitbits have a SPO2 sensor built-in but none of them make use of it yet. However, the Charge 2 doesn't have the sensor so won't be able to support such an app.

Back in 2018 I got the O2 parameter in Samsung Health using a Charge 2, it was measured from the stress metric (somehow).  This feature was removed in one of the updates as well as the ability to use your phone's sensor. I've been lookig for an app so I don't have to buy a new watch or tracker. Samsung Health is not supporting Charge 2 anymore and you cannot pair it anymore, it was removed.

Not true, in fact, back in 2018 this parameter was available for the Charge 2. It has been removed.
