My charge 2 strap broke the last week.  Can you please tell me how I replace it ?

If under warranty or not sure, contact Fitbit support.

 

If not, you can buy replacements from the Fitbit store here, at some retail stores, or many styles and colors of third-party bands available on Amazon, of course without Fitbit warranty.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
