it is currently 8:16pm. and the amount of calories burned is 2431. age 18, height 5'7", weight 215lbs (yeah i'm big that's why i've been working on losing weight for years now. currently down 75lbs). total steps so far is 3957, and that's really all the physical activity i've done today. i hit the gym just about every single day and i know your metabolic rate boosts and you burn more calories simply doing nothing, but it just doesn't add up. i've consumed 1300 calories so far, and i don't plan on eating anymore. so is this accurate? the day before i burned 4000 calories after hitting the gym. just seems like a really high, unrealistic number. lemme know because say it is accurate? i'd be pretty happy with myself. it just doesn't make sense to me with the lack of exercise i've attended to today.
