canceled my sub no syncing

This is silly the Charge 3 has been out over a year and you still not fixed the syncing problems, i was happy paying for fitbit sub, till i had to keep reseting all data on charge 3 losing the whole weeks data and again this getting wosre. Now i am sick of it, you cannot take money off people if your sevice is not there.  your hardware is great but your software designer wants sacking it crap!!!! shame as i really liked it!!
