My charge 2 has always shown the correct date and time, but I recently went away on holiday for 10 days and when I got back the charge 2's battery had gone flat. When I charged it up it is showing the date of 2nd Oct 2019 (when I went away on holiday) and the time is out of sync. I have been reading the forum help pages but cant see how to resolve this. I cant sync to my android phone (Nokia 5) as it is not supported yet but I usually sync to my laptop but now It doesn't seem to. I have switched off the charge 2 a couple of times as suggested. Turned Bluetooth on and off. reinstalled the app. Can anyone help please.

Did you change it back to the correct time zone?
Change Time
On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone Change it to a different one. Sync it. Go back in and change it to the correct one and sync again
Phone: Click on account upper top right looks like an envelope. Scroll down to advanced settings and do the same as above

Hi, yes thanks I checked it was on the right time zone. I didn't actually take it away on holiday with me so it shouldn't have changed. It is on 4th Oct and about 24 minutes out timewise?? Very puzzling. I have tried re setting it on the charger. Switching bluetooth on and off. It just doesn't seem to want to update.

It should be picking it up for your computer or phone as well.
