Hi

 

I have a replacement charge 2 and cannot install it?  I have followed the instructions with no luck?

To get any help here, you would have to give more information than "with no luck".  What did you do?  What steps did you get through?  Where did it fail?  What did the failure look like - an error message or what?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I followed the steps, to remove my current device and my new device dies not light up with the device code
