I have made sure that the phone allows it to run in the background etc. Just stopped syncing and phone claims device can not be found. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing is working. This is extremely frustrating.

I'm having same problem. I have uninstalled and it helped for a couple days. Now nothing again. Very frustrating.
