It would be great if there was a computer program (I'd use a MacOS) to access the info from my Charge 4 as alternative and/or back up to the app. There are computer programs for other fitbit products on your website; one for a Charge 4 would be appreciated.

I don't know of any Fitbit computer program specific to any model.  What specifically are you referring to?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
