My fitbit account is trying to say my Fitbit Charge 2's Battery is full but according to my Fitbit Charge 2 the battery is not full. can anyone tell me why this is happening.

Has the tracker recently synced, if so then the battery level should match up

Hello @SunsetRunner be let's open the Fitbit app and let the Charge 2 sync.

 

BTW do you really have a Charge 2 which have been sold for over a year?

Yes i do have a fitbit charge 2. I bought it off ebay.

Yes it has recently synced and the app agrees with my fitbit charge 2
