date/time not syncing on Charge 2

My Charge 2 got out of sync a few months ago.  How do I get it back?  It's driving me crazy that the time and the date are wrong.  I need simple instructions please.  Thanks!

Let me help you updating your Charge 2 time. You just need to sync it to update this information. Please follow these instructions to sync your device. If you are having issues then please describe them so I can assist you. But based on your post you have just not synced your tracker at this time.

I did sync.  On the Fitbit app on my phone, it only shows steps.  Everything else is 0.  Right now, approx 10:25pm, my fitbit shows 12:40 on March 13th (it's June 19th).  What am I doing wrong?
