I joined. group quite a while ago and go in there to see my progress with others in my group but recently the group is showing but once I click on it the members no longer show or my progress, its just a blank screen

Thanks for the thread update WendyB, seems someone out there is trying to fix it, I wish it was easier to see any help from Fitbit than relying on other users to pass the word on
Best AnswerI was in a Fitbit group for 4 years. All of a sudden it disappeared this week. I like to measure my activity relative to others plus it shows the last 7 days, the current month and the previous month. Additionally it was a group of people I used to see a lot of so it was also a unique way of keeping touch. I sent Fitbit a request to restore it and they responded that they have removed all web-based Fitbit activity groups in favor of their new enhanced Fitbit mobile app features. So basically they removed a working, activity group with a bunch of people who know each other without telling us. Not much respect for customers or their data or the relationships users form in real life. Their response was glib and condescending with the usual we are so happy to assist you....... LOL .
