The heart monitor has stopped reading? I have searched forums and help desk, ended up doing a full reset. New set up and added to my account but still not reading my heart. Image attached

Do not rely on the heart rate monitor - they are hight inaccurate. If you want to accurately track it buy a heart rate monitor with a chest strap: polar brand recommended. I am personal trainer an health coach.
