I have a new iPhone 11 with the current iOS 13.4.1 software, but Fitbit charge 2 won’t connect. I have tried the following

turning Bluetooth on and off
turning phone on and off
re-Installing Fitbit app
connect Fitbit to charger

any help would be appreciated

A couple more things to try:

Restart your fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
"Forget" any link to the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings

If they don't work, try going through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
