iOS update and Charge 2 not receiving messages

Since IOS update my charge 2 has not been receiving updates. Got a new Versa 2 for Christmas and still couldn’t receive messages on that either til I found this post under the Versa community posts- “go to notifications then scroll to messages scroll down to badges and turn off and you should receive messages on fit bit”. It worked I am now getting text messages on both the Versa and my Charge 2

Thank you for sharing what you did to correct the issue with your notifications on the Charge 2 and Versa 2. Hopefully this will help other members in the same situation.
