My new iPhone 11 (with IOS 13.3) Bluetooth will not pair with my Charge 2.  I have turned on/off everything and restarted everything.  My previous phone has had all data deleted and no longer in my possession.  Any suggestions on how to get my new device to recognize the Charge 2?  Or I wonder if this new device is not supported by Fitbit?

My fitbit charge 2 did the same thing, I have a iPhone 8, seems to be a iPhone 13.3 problem. Hopefully someone will come up with a fix.
