iPhone 12 cannot connect with Charge 3

Charge 3 will not update or work with my New iPhone 12 most of the time.  Occasionally it will work.

 

It does not find the Fitbit device,  spent 30 min with tech rep at Fitbit who informed that they didn't have an update for the iPhone 12.

 

Am hoping that this is resolved when update available.

 

anyone else having this problem?

Sorry to hear about this and thank you for reaching out to our Support team. Not sure which troubleshoots you have tried but I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.
