See also https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-6/How-is-it-different-from-the-5/td-p/5457430/jump-to/first-u... but it has yet to receive explicit confirmation on specific differences from Fitbit staff or moderators (although kudos to those participants who have already commented over there: @N8teGee, @MarkStone, @Julian137). In particular: what features have improved, which might have worsened, and likewise regarding hardware and overall? And as a vonud, comparing and contrasting against other makes of Fitbit-auuthorized wearable fitness monitors (e.g Sense2) would be nice. Finally, one more question, while itʼs somewhat relevant: Why does Fitbit classify Charge֊, Luxe֊, Inspire֊, and Ace֊ makes as a "tracker" whereas the others (Sense֊, G.Pixel֊, Versa֊) as "smartwatch"?

Hi, @Victamon , if you go to the Fitbit store you can choose the compare option among currently available trackers/ smart watches to see which features each has. The Charge 6 is the most feature-full of the “trackers” the Sense, Versa and Pixel series are all designated smart watches rather than trackers because they have wider use than just monitoring activities.
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

What specifically do the Charge models lack wherefore getting the lower "tracker" designation?
I did use the Compare feature for the "available[ for purchase]" wearable devices (which notably excludes all models thag are not the newest of three make) and it seems that Charge5 lacks floors-tracking.. for which is that the key distinction? or just one, or..?
