I'm having the same issue. Using the app and everything, but I've only used it one night. How long did it take for your benchmark info to show up?

It should show up with your next sync.

I've synced a couple of times and i'm still not seeing anything. The main reason I wanted to access the benchmark was because it's not recording any sleep stages, everything is listed as no stages. Is there another setting I'm missing? There are a couple of other odd things about the sleep graph too, my screen doesn't really look like what's been posted on the help page, and it likes to duplicate sleep events when I bring a graph to fullscreen.
Hopefully this is enough information to help.

I see that duplication! This may actually be an issue that you should contact customer support for instead of asking for help from the forum. I've always found them to be very helpful.

I’m unable to find the benchmark for the sleep patters. It is available for all if it’s? Here is what I see. I’ve followed all the advice mentioned in this forum but the only choices I see is to view my info for 1w 1 mo 3 mo and 1 yr. nowhere am I able to access the benchmark.

I’ve had my Fitbit for years and it has always tracked sleep, restless and awake. Never has it tracked anything else. I also don’t turn on sleep mode when I go to sleep, it’s always on so fitbit detects when I sleep, similarly to what you mentioned in your response. So I guess there’s no solution.

I too prefer the website and find benchmarks so valuable their absence on the website is puzzling.
Not everyone has a smartphone, or good eyes to read small type, or even likes to use the phone. Yes, there are a few!
the link to the suggestion expired, so it's evidently not making enough noise as a suggestion to warrant attention. That's unfortunate!
