fitbit has taken itself back to June and time wrong thinks it is night when it is day & won't reset. there is a server problem so cannot seek advice or help through that. Have followed the reset process multiple times without success with watch attached to laptop through its clip. any other suggestions as device useless now . battery fully charged
usually sync to my huwawi P smart phone and It and my laptop my laptopdont recognise device at all

I am having the same problem and cannot get anywhere when I re-start it and try to sync to my phone.

When this happens I restart my Android phone and that usually fixes it - a lot of the communications issues with a Charge 2 seem to be a result of Android updates getting applied in the phone that mess up the Bluetooth connection. Restarting the phone has always fixed them for me.
