Can’t change clock to 24 hr. Steps Recommended don’t match my app.

See How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? 

Note is says it must be done from the fitbit.com dashboard; i.e. in a web browser.

If you can't see the gear icon at top right, might have to scroll right.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
