Hi all,
Can someone please tell me specifically what the calories option in ‘Activity Goals’ is in relation to?
I would assume that it’s the amount of calories I personally would like to burn each day BUT surely this data should be calculated based on the weight loss goals I set? I’m a little confused!!
Thank you,
Aidan.

It's the calories you burn per day. Not everyone has set a weight loss goal.
Calories in relation to weight loss goal show up elsewhere, not sure exactly where as I don't do food tracking, but it wouldn't just be calories burned, but calorie deficit; i.e. difference between calories burned and calories eaten.

Hi,
Thank you for your post.
So, it is the amount of calories that I want to burn each day - a goal set by myself (as I am able to change the figure)?
Thanks again,
Aidan.
