Adding Various Exercises to the Exercise List

Is there a way to add exercises to the ridiculously SHORT list on the app?  For heaven's sake, 1 hour of sexual activity burns 1500 calories!  How about weight lifting?  Must I remove THIS useless fitness tracker from my dashboard as well?  

 

PLEASE HELP!  This is my first Fitbit, and I'm extremely frustrated.

Hello @JavaJunkie1970 and a warm welcome.  Your Inspire HR has an exercise app and there are many exercises from which to choose to put on your Exercise Shortcut list.  Weights are on the list.  Sex is not. Here is a link to the Help Article that shows you how to use the Exercise app and set your shortcut preferences.

 

If you want to track your sexual activity as an exercise, then Workout would be the best choice.  It is the catch all for exercises not on the list.

You can actually track sexual activity as cardio on the MyFitnessPal app that links with Fitbit.
