Message on Fitbit reads ' Add alarms in the Fitbit Mobile App' I have done this yet sync does not happen!!!!! How to remedy this problem preventing use of the Alarm function?

This Fitbit Inspire 2 is a bull**ahem** product. Waste of my money and time. Too many ongoing issues. Kefe ofa to the manufacturer.
