  • Completly dead nothing is turning it on I have done everything restart, changing for over 2 hours, cleaning it all with small brush nothing working. Like nothing not even showing battery charge nothing on screen at all 

 

Any help would be great ....?

Hi @Ailie02   Do you have an Alta HR as the title says, or an Inspire HR as the tag at the bottom of your post says?

Have a look at THIS Help Article on charging problems. If nothing there fixes the problem then contact Support.
