Fitbit team,
I have compared the Inspire HR with other much more expensive devices and this is spot on with sleep tracking, Battery life is excellent, form factor is 8/10 for sleep purposes, features are just what is needed for a fit for purpose, activity tracker. Great job with it. I have had a tecchie overlay some data graphics on video footage of the workout and the result was superb. This feature alone if you did a marketing video on, would sell the product.
I have 3 small issues however.
1. The date font is too small on all clock faces.
2. HR is generally inaccurate as it approaches 200 then maxes out at 200 and does not show more even though actual HR is climbing.
3. Recently the HR graphs when viewed on the Android application, is either incomplete, skewed or not corresponding to the data shown on the PC HR graph.
If you could look into these, that would be much appreciated.
Does any other user have similar problems?

@CannondaleGuy Thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your heart rate inquiry. First of all I am really happy to hear that your are enjoying your new Inspire HR. Regarding the maximum heart rate detected take into consideration that Fitbit calculates heart rate based on the formula of 220 minus your age to set the maximum heart rate. Still I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. You can read more about heart rate here.
About the font, thank you for your inquiry. Currently this isn't available but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
Finally about the missing data on the graphs, try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure that the app is up to date.
Let me know how it goes.
