App not showing live heart rate. Only shows resting.

App update today and now only shows resting heart rate. Can no longer find all day sync option in app. Inspire HR and Android phone. Worked before app update

Your heading has nothing to do with your post. 

 

Your Fitbit app will only show live data (this is not a sync) while the tracker is recording steps. 

 

The option to disable day sync was removed almost, if not a year ago 

Sorry but we are not able to turn off all day sync anymore.
