Hi @Kristy_123  welcome to the community forums! Where did you purchase your Inspire2? If you got it from an authorized retailer, it comes with a warranty. To get you started, click to go to the Inspire 2 area to find the user manual and related articles. Unsubscribe or remove it from your account?

@Kristy_123 one feature of the Inspire 2 is that you have the option to wear it on your wrist or on a clip. If it is set to wear on a clip, the heart rate monitoring will be turned off and the green lights won't be on.  

 

To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the device. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist". If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist".
