Hi all, I've had my inspire HR about a month now, but having a lot of issues with it.
It takes a good 3/4 attempts for it to sync, even though I have auto sync turned on.
Yesterday I went for a walk for over an hour (all GPS etc is on) and it didn't track it at all, so I added it in, then it doubled my steps for that part of the day.
This morning when I finally got it to sync I tried to amend my steps in the exercise but and it said I went for a 25min swim at 18.32 last night?!
I didn't even bath the kids last night, let alone go for a swim! 😂
Not sure if I'm doing something wrong here or if the tracker just is really this poor, which would be a major disappointment since I really like the aesthetic and the relax guided breathing.

Hi @AnnaGoldy When you say you have GPS turned on, does this mean you are manually starting the walk in the Exercise app? If you are using auto recognition the it wont use GPS. However it should recognise the walk automatically and should not record a swim when you are not swimming. I suggest you restart the Inspire HR several times and see how auto recognition works then.
As far as the syncing issue, what phone are you using?
