I can’t get my Inspire 2 to register my BPM.  I’d appreciate any help.

I have worn my Fitbit constantly for two days. It always shows zero BPM for me.

Okay it seems that my Fitbit was set to “on clip“. Change the settings to be “on wrist”. That should do the trick.

Got it sorted.  Tracker was on clip rather than on wrist.

Thanks have sorted but don’t know why it moved to on clip from on wrist.  It’s been on wrist since January 2021.
