the band on my Inspire 2 keeps detaching from one end. I ordered a new band...but it still detaches...help

Have you tried to see if there is something in your tracker that prevents the bands being attached?

I followed all the directions on the video...attached my band....it lasted for about 3 hours and then it fell off again...for no apparent reason. Do you have any solution/ suggestions? This is a new band that I purchased. Jan
