Banded Sleeve or Insert for Fitbit Inspire?

Common problem is that the band on my Fitbit Inspire will not attach the face and I cannot replace it.  I know that I can slide it into a clip, but are there bands out there that I can insert the face into?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Dan_3D. Thank you for sharing your attaching Inspire HR band inquiry.

Your device has 2 detachable bands that you can replace with accessory bands sold separately. Note that to switch between small and large bands, only replace the bottom band.

To remove the band:

  1. Turn over Inspire and find the quick-release lever.
  2. While pressing the quick-release level inward, gently pull the band away from the tracker to release it.
  3. Repeat on the other side.

To attach a new band:

  1. Slide the pin (the side opposite the quick-release lever) into the notch on the tracker. Attach the band with the clasp to the top of the tracker.

  2. While pressing the quick-release lever inward, slide the other end of the band into place.
  3. When both ends of the pin are inserted, release the quick release lever.

Could you please let me know what are you referring to when you say insert the face into? Do you want to attach it uside down?

Keep on visiting the forums.

I cannot attach the band to Inspire.  It's broken.  The band will not stay on.  When I say, "insert the face (Inspire) into" I mean something similar to putting the Inspire into a clip, but instead of a clip, a band for my wrist.
