Battery usage on my Fitbit aspire is not the same as on my device. They are not in sync any advice?

I’m not quite sure what you mean, @CAswehla.- Are you saying the battery usage you see on your device - the Inspire 2 is not the same as what you are seeing in the Fitbit app on your phone? If yes, please try syncing your device to the app and see if that helps. The battery levels in those two places should be pretty close.

@CAswehla - have you checked it right after syncing?  How big is the difference?

I have the same problem. Steps etc. are syncing to my app but the battery usage is stuck on 60%. I occasionally get an error message on my Fitbit “device not charging properly” while it’s on my wrist. And finally, my Fitbit is more and more frequently stopping recording my steps. It also responds less to touch. I have rebooted several times but no change. Is my Fitbit reaching the end of its life (it’s less than 2 years old)?
