Black Screen but vibrating

Help! Last night my fitbit was showing low battery so I charged it, and this morning was working fine, but now it is only showing a black screen. I have tried syncing it to my phone and that works but the screen remains black. If I press the button on the side the device vibrates.

I had the black screen as well. On another thread, I saw the suggestion to change the clock face. While it seemed strange, I went into the app and changed it. The screen came on and everything works now. I was able to change the clock face back to the one I wanted and it still works. I have no idea why, but it worked for me. It’s worth trying.
