My FitBit Inspire HR screen will not turn on. I tried to reset it but the smiley face never appeared. I know it’s connecting to the charger because it vibrates when I attach it. The light is still green and it’s still tracking my steps. But there’s nothing on the screen! Any ideas?

@MsPedrosa, thank you for sharing all the details about your screen not turning back on that you've tried all the recommended steps and have contacted the Support team already. I was indeed informed that you already have a case created with them; it's good to know that you';; be receiving a replacement soon.
