Black screen Inspire 2

My Fitbit inspire is showing a black screen, it is synced with the app, logging my steps but the screen in blank. I have tried all things suggested multiple times. Please help!!!

Hello,
I phoned the helpline and they asked me to go through all the same steps. As my phone would not reapongnandnosnoutbofnwarrently they offered me a 35% discount on the purchase of a new Fitbit.

I contacted the help line. As my watch out of warranty they offered me a 35% discount off a new purchase.
