Wrist screen is black on inspire. Results recorded on phone but not visible on device. Battery full.

go to the dashboard on you phone app - change the clock face display to something else  - save. This worked for me . tip was posted by another member a few months ago . I cant find thread but would like to thank her very much

Mine does the same thing, black screen and I have restarted it several times already.

This happens quite often and sometimes it takes several attempts to restart. A little frustrating particularly when I am not someplace that I can readily recharge it.
