Screen is black tried all the advice online nothing is working. App can't find phone. Have had it for 9 months with no trouble.

Mine shows charged but can not get my screen to come on. I can feel it vibrate but it will not even reboot. Anyone know a fix? It is still synced to my phone. It happened after I updated last night.

This has happened to me as well. I’ve tried soft reset and hard reset. There’s no response from the device.

Fitbit Inspire has black screen. My phone app does not register the FitBit.
Tried: charging, resetting, changing the charger.
What are my options now?

I had the same issue. They sent me another Fitbit and I had the same issue with it. The screen stayed black. Then they had me send them the Fitbit and the charger. They replaced them both and that worked. Could have been the charger?? All was good until a month or so later when the Fitbit fell off my wrist because the bit of black plastic where the band connection is, broke off. The Fitbit is no longer under warranty even though it isn’t my original Fitbit. They won’t replace. I wondered at the time if the replacement they sent me was a used Fitbit, not new.

Looking at all these black screen problems that I am also having with my original Inspire HR and the replacement I was sent, there is something wrong with this device. I resent having to pay shipping to get the replacement replaced when this is a problem with the Device.
