My fitbit inspire just had a blank screen. I've tried charging it and resetting it. Nothing has worked. Usually when I plug it in the time pops up but now nothing. Please help!

Not it hasn't. I literally just noticed it when I crawled into bed. I looked at my app and it's not being recognized their either says it last synced at 6. I did dishes earlier in the evening Nd I always leave it on but have gloves on when I wear it. Ones that goes hope to practically my elbow so it didn't get wet. What the heck. I'll check in the morning.

I’ve also had this problem for the past few days. Blank device screen though unit is charged. I’ve tried restarting it several times and tried changing the face/screen display from the app. No success. I emailed Support this morning.

This keeps happening to me, too. Its happening more and more. It used to just shut off for awhile and then come back on its own. Then if I plugged it in it would come back on. Then it would only come on if I had it on the charger and held the button down for 5+ seconds. Previously, the screen was black but it would still charge, still track steps, still vibrate with reminders for me to get up and walk. Now it won't come on at all, it won't charge and no signs of life. I've had this for less than 5 months. Very aggravating for a such a spendy little gadget

This happened to mine yesterday and only 4 months old. Also I bought one for my daughter at the same time and also happened to hers within one month.
I will not be purchasing another fitbit in the future, as it looks like this a common problem. Very annoying, as they are not cheap.

Mine has been blank all day too. Tried everything suggested here, but it is still blank. It has 89% battery and is still collecting data, but screen is blank.

Update... I was able to get to come back to life. I was just curious if it would come back on after I had taken it off and threw it in a drawer in my bathroom. I pressed the button for quite some time then got a smiley face and then an exclamation point in the battery. So I plugged it in for a full charge and put it on for the night. I woke up and the battery was still good then later this afternoon I got a notification on my phone that the battery was low. Sure enough it was down to one percent. So I'm charging it again. It never used to be like this. I could go almost an entire week without charging it. I wouldn't because it would take to long to fully charge but now it doesn't even last a full day. Something's up and I just got mine at the end of September last year. I like having a fitness band but if it doesn't last me a year this is ridiculous.

My Inspire HR screen has been blank, it still tracks on my phone. I have called non-existent customer service 3x and it drops call every time at 10:27 minutes. They sold Fitbit for a ton of $$$$, so their great customer service is gone. I read what some other people had written to hold button down, so I did for 15 seconds and it did nothing. I went to put tracker on charger & the screen started to work again. So I’m crossing my fingers. Someone also said to plug in tracker while charging for 10 seconds. This is what I have learned. Sad that Fitbit left us out here with no customer service. I’m disappointed.
