Will not connect to tracker.  Would not sync this morning so after following all troubleshooting tips, I disconnected both my blaze and inspire HR.  Blaze added back no problems but HR gets to the step that it recognizes it and says connecting to tracker but it just spins and never gets there.  What is the issue??

Also, I already followed the reconnect to tracker steps.  I got the smiley face but it did not vibrate.
