Blank screen

My Inspire HR is only giving me a blank screen. I have tried restarting the devise and ensuring it is properly connected for charging but that does not work. I have not had it long and expected it to last longer. Is there a customer # to call? I was only able to find this and a Twitter link that didn't work. TY

Hi, @Shoes.panic , if you go to contact.fitbit.com you should be able to find various ways of getting in touch with Customer Support.  Response times may be a little longer than usual due to the pandemic situation.
