Bluetooth issues preventing auto-synch

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have my watch set to synch constantly but it doesn't.  It appears to lose the connection to my phone when I go in my car and bluetooth automatically connects to my car for phone calls and media.  After that, I have to synch the watch manually.

I realize this might be a problem with bluetooth not begin able to be paired with more than one device at a time.  But when I'm home, and my car is off, the watch still won't re-pair with my phone.

Is there some kind of solution that will allow my fitibit bluetooth pairing coexist with the car and speaker pairings that happen automatically?

When I click on the "settings" for the pairing on my phone, it literally just does not give me any options - while if I click to see the settings of my car it has check-boxes that say to share contacts, SMS, ect.

Thanks for any insight or suggestions!!!

Ciao,

L

Hi @pazzaglia  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
