Buzzing Fitbit then dead

I just got my Fitbit Inspire HR as a Christmas present.  Two nights ago it started buzzing overnight.  I got it to stop, but it used up a lot of battery.  Did the same thing yesterday afternoon and overnight last night.  Last night when I pushed the button to try to stop it, I got the smile face.  I reset it this morning, hoping that would make it stop.  Mid-day today the display just went black.  I tried charging and re-setting to no avail.  I will get the green flashing light, but nothing else at this point.  My phone won't recognize it anymore.  Please help.  I only had it since Christmas.  Thanks!

My problem is the same except mine didn’t do the night time buzzing. Was working just fine this morning (didn’t notify me if I was was or wasn’t reaching my hourly step goals this afternoon) and now it is dead. It buzz’s when we plug it in to charge, but then does nothing. I got mine for Mother’s Day.

I am encountering the same issue.  My FibBit Inspire HR just started buzzing when charging and then it would shows a massive battery drain.  has anyone found out why this is occurring?

I ended up contacting customer service.  After having me try a few things, they determined that the battery was completely dead.  I should be getting my replacement by the end of the week.
