I got a new Fitbit Inspire HR and the calorie count is kind of throwing me off i walked 10k steps and in the morning it was already at 500 calories and i didn’t do anything but sleep for those steps it says i burned over 1600 calories but when i look at my phone it says 455 so I’m not too sure as to what is going on

I'm not sure I am following your question, but see if this helps:

Fitbit includes BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories which you are always burning by being alive.  Those are probably the 500 calories in the morning.

Fort more on this, see:

How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?

If your phone is showing fewer calories burned than your tracker, it probably just needs to sync to get the data on phone current with tracker.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
